We are a group of ambitious and committed people, who develop and support – always with the customer in focus.
Planorama was established on the basis of our own need for management of courses, competencies and training in our sister company Bosholdt ApS, who has been selling courses for the past 16 years.
Our developers are often in direct contact with the customer to support challenges or make up new features. We are not only dots, bits and coding, we are the real people behind. We take great pride in this direct contact, which our customers see as a big bonus.
Our support take pride in helping the customer as soon as possible. Part of our process for our new customers is training and this is handled by our support department. This creates a chemistry and great knowledge of the people who later provide the support. We are not just a “dead help button”, but real people focused on helping in the best way. We are not only supporters, but also advisors and partners on the customer’s solution.
Our ambition is to continue to develop and maintain our position in the market. We support and advise our customers to build a positive employee life cycle from Onboarding to Offboarding.

The foundation for all startup processes of new customers is training. We always train our administrators to have the most knowledge of the solution you have chosen.
The next step in our development will be a recruitment module where synergy across all areas of action can be exploited. This means that our module on competences can be used to create job postings.
